1. Do you offer free shipping? 

Sorry, we are a small business which has just started, we don't offer free shipping currently. But we offer 10% discount if you subscribe to our website.  

2. How long will I receive my parcel? 

Most orders are shipped within 1-2 days. It takes 10-12 business days to receive your parcels.

3. Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship globally. 

4. Do you offer a warranty? 

Absolutely! For all our devices, we offer a 1-year limited warranty from the date of your original purchase. If your device does not work properly due to a manufacturer's defect, we will replace the product free of charge within that 1-year time frame.

Warranty replacements are processed after returned items are received, when applicable.  For more information about how to initiate a return, please see our Return Policy.

This warranty does not cover devices damaged by:

  • Accident, misuse, abuse, or alteration.
  • Theft or loss.
  • Use with unauthorized accessories or use other than as instructed.
  • Connecting to incorrect current and voltage.
  • Service or repair by unauthorized persons.

LuminaVita will not be responsible for any incidental, special or consequential damages resulting from the use of this device.

5. What is your Return Policy? 

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
